iKamper X Cover 2.0  3-4 Person Roof Top Tent

An ideal roof top tent for a group of 3 or even for smaller families of 4 with some children. The iKamper X-Cover 2.0 is one of the newest roof top tents out there. With some innovative and refreshing features, such as the ease of set up and pack down, the included cross bars for extra carrying capacity, and the new improved mattress, this roof top tent is one of the best.

You heard that right, this 4 season roof top tent comfortable fits 3 adults, and even 2 adults and two kids. It now has a 2.75" thick mattress with a 9-zone technology which really fits well with your body, allowing you to sleep like a rock. It's ideal to fit pick-up trucks, SUVs or any overlanding vehicle. Weighing only 150 lbs, it'll work with any rack with a dynamic weight capacity of over 155 lbs.

What sets the iKamper X-Cover 2.0 apart?

  • 4 season roof top tent
  • Light tent at only 150 lbs
  • Sets up and closes in less than 2 minutes
  • Includes crossbars in the upper shell/base to carry bikes, kayaks or other gear
  • 2.75" thick mattress with 9-zone technology to sleep like a rock
  • 3 to 4 person rooftop tent
  • 2 year warranty

NOTE: Vehicle cross bars for mounting must be between 22" - 37" to safely install X-Cover 2.0.

Mounting Brackets 3.0 Included!

Additional gear, bike, kayak, etc, are not included. Product images are for reference purposes only and may differ to a certain extent from the actual product.

Cross Bars Included

The iKamper X-Cover 2.0 comes with two integrated cross bars on top of the outer or upper shell. These crossbars are excellent to carry additional gear or accessories. As seen in the image, the tent has a board on top of it, but it can easily carry kayaks, canoes, skis, surfboards, paddles, fishing rods and even bikes.

It basically becomes a rack system on top of the tent. This allows you to keep carrying gear without sacrificing storage space on your rig, even with the tent on top of it. The crossbars are right on top of an outer shell made of FRP, very durable and rugged and UV resistant.

Please do keep in mind, that as with every rack system, they should not be over stressed with weight. These cross bars even if great and very reliable, are still on top of a roof top tent, so try and limit the weight on them to lightweight gear such as boards or bicycles, and don't over stress them or overload them with very, very heavy items.

iKamper X-Cover Sets Up In Less Than 2 Minutes

The new iKamper X-Cover 2.0 can be set up and packed down in less than 2 minutes. Perhaps even in just 60 seconds after some practice. But how? Well, normally what makes the softshell roof top tents have a higher or longer set up and pack down time is the travel cover. However, the X Cover 2.0 is sort of a hybrid between a hard top and a soft top.

As you can see, it has an upper shell, made of FRP, which has canvas attached to the sides, which when closed it zips onto the lower shell or base of the tent. Therefore, you don't need to hassle around with a difficult to fit travel cover.

The process of opening it and closing it back down is quick, easy and simple. And to fully set it up, it's also quite a simple thing to do. As it's almost fully open and ready the moment you pull the ladder downwards. In a matter of just seconds, set up the ladder, climb up inside of it, and finish setting it up!

4-Season Roof Top Tent

The iKamper X-Cover 2.0 is what we call a jack of all trades, a true 4-season roof top tent that can withstand all the elements and weather conditions. No matter if it's snow, rain or sun, you will have a wonderful camping experience and a great night of sleep. Thanks to the thick 300gsm poly-cotton canvas, you know there is enough protection and insulation from strong winds, rain and snow.

If you think the cold can affect you, don't worry, the additional layer fo fabric that the rainfly brings to the game is great. Plus, the new improved mattress has an insulation layer at the bottom, and the high-performance honeycomb aluminum panels are also insulated.

Top all of that with big windows on all four sides, as well as two sky windows on the roof. That means, that when spring or summer come along, you are able to remove the rainfly, open all windows and have air flowing in and out from all directions. Plus, the canvas has a breathable feature to avoid condensation as much as possible. All in all this is a true 4 season rooftop tent.

ABSOLUTELY A MUST for Omegaverse Girls!!!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Jillian West and her books!!! I’m so happy I already bought book two and now I have to buy the others for the Assurance Security series!! Not gonna lie Val kind of annoyed me at the beginning but she grew on me!! Her men are chef’s kisses!!! Holt annoys me some but I can let it slide. I already bought part two so I’m going to be reading that in between work phone calls!!!! DON’T TELL MY BOSS 😂😂😂😂

    Baby bumps and bodyguards
    Format: Kindle
Dark, emotional, and unexpectedly tender, Not Ready is an omegaverse romance that delivers found family feels, fierce protectiveness, and a very pregnant heroine who refuses to break. Vale’s on the run from a stalker, but lands in the arms of three private security alphas, cue the swoony tension, fake marriage twist, and slow-burn heat. It’s a little gritty, a little soft, and a whole lot addictive. If you love protective alphas, high stakes, and heroines with quiet strength, this one’s a must-read.

Strong Omegaverse Comfort and a Attention Grabbing Plot
    Format: Kindle
Jillian West never misses when it comes to Omegaverse, and Not Ready is no exception. This story was the perfect blend of cozy comfort and emotional depth while still delivering a strong plot. Vale is such a powerful heroine, she is strong, capable, and determined but I love that she still allows her pack to love and take care of her. It’s that balance of independence and vulnerability that makes her so relatable. The relationship dynamics were amazing: Bishop is steadfast and completely head over heels, Mercy is skeptical but protective in his own way, and Holt is the hesitant one whose slow fall is so satisfying to watch unfold. The romance hits that sweet spot between insta-love and cautious build, keeping me hooked the entire way through. And that ending. Oh my god, the cliffhanger! I need the next book in this duet immediately.

    Interesting
    Format: Kindle
So I will say I enjoyed the story, for sure had its moments where it dragged but it was a great story. I really liked that omegas picked their alphas/make the pack. Normally the Alphas make it and the omega fits in with them which is great but I enjoyed this new version where all the power basically went to the omega. It was a nice change of pace. I can admit some of the weird bedroom stuff with her being pregnant was odd, it’s really not hard to do stuff when pregnant (I know I’ve had two and it’s normal and even encouraged at the end especially if you want the baby out). But I like the story as a whole and will read the second, I do hope the next one isn’t dragged bc it stopped being action or tense after she met her alphas and I don’t think it was brought up or properly done when they tried to do it. More sweet after she left.

    I’m a little disappointed.
    Format: Kindle
I usually like Jillian West’s books but this one was missing a lot for me. The pregnancy didn’t come across as real. She’s on her feet for 12 hour days but is perfectly healthy at 8 months pregnant? Yet the week she moves in all of a sudden she’s not? She is planning on actually running during one of the plot buildups. But at 8 months pregnant that’s incredibly hard to do. The lack of breathing ability and lung space, the change in body center, mass, and gravity. All of it prohibits running, unless you’re an athlete this didn’t come off as at all realistic. I didn’t feel any connection with the alphas. There wasn’t any emotional connection. It could be because of the tense it was written in. But I didn’t get any deep feelings out of this. It came across as checking off boxes. Even the spicy scenes weren’t really believable for me. I wanted to see them fall for her, and it just kind of all fizzled. Even Bishop. One thing I did really like was the ending. I did not see it coming and I’m interested in reading book two because of it. But on the whole this book was mostly disappointing for me.
